I’ll be honest—I’m nervous about this. But I’m doing it anyway.

This is the official start of GRIT: Next Step Coaching. And if you’re reading this, you’re part of that first step.

Sometimes life hits pause. Sometimes we just get stuck. I’ve been there—more than once.

13 Years Ago, I Hit a Wall

Physically, I was unhealthy and unhappy. I had no energy, no momentum, and no idea where to start. Eventually, the discomfort became too much to ignore. I needed something—a goal, a reason, a direction. So I made a decision: I’d train for a Spartan Race.

I told people. I got accountability. I found a community. I discovered a passion I never knew existed. That decision, that one uncomfortable step, changed my life.

Then I Got Stuck Again

Fast-forward five years. My career felt like it was constantly on the edge—uncertain, fragile, frustrating. And eventually I had to admit something hard: the common denominator was me.

So I took a course in 2020—The School of Life Coaching and Professional Helping at Achology— (check it out here if you would like: www.achology.com) not to become a coach, but to understand myself better. The personal growth was powerful. And unexpectedly, I found that I loved the coaching process. Helping people work through challenges I’d faced myself? That felt purposeful. That felt right.

And that brings me to now.

Why GRIT?

I’m not here to play guru. GRIT isn’t traditional “life coaching.” That phrase doesn’t sit right with me—it’s loaded with too many assumptions.

What I offer is something simpler, more grounded:

Next step coaching.

It’s about listening. Asking real questions. Helping you figure out what’s next—and sticking with you while you take action. Whether you’re stuck, leveling up, or somewhere in between, I’ll be there with you.

I’m launching this with all the vulnerability and risk that comes with putting something real into the world. But I believe in this work. I’ve lived it.

Let’s Start Together

If any of this resonates, I’d love to talk. I’m offering free coaching sessions to the first 10 people who reach out. No catch, no obligation—just a chance to work together and see where it leads.

Take a moment to schedule a time, or message me directly.

Let’s take the next step—together.

Appreciate you.
